Jeanne Wiest – Broker Salesperson

With 26 years of real estate experience, Jeanne Wiest has a proven and successful track record in every aspect of real estate sales.

She was originally licensed in California in 1988, beginning her real estate career as a mortgage broker, real property evaluator, and vacant land use advisor. Jeanne then moved on to residential and multi-unit sales in Northern San Diego County. Beginning in 1999, she owned a real estate brokerage that concentrated on commercial sales, including hotels, motels, bakeries, bars and restaurants. The company concentrated on waterfront corporate estates and waterfront resorts. Jeanne has successfully managed sales involving ground contamination, mixed use property, business sales, liquor license transfers, and business and property inventory sales. She was instrumental in writing the CCR’S for several condo resort developments and then marketing the properties.

A Nevada Broker Salesperson license was acquired in 2006 and Jeanne has been involved with multi-unit developments, ranches, waterfront commercial properties, residential rental investments, and downtown buildings.  In addition, she operates an international and nationwide commercial property web-based referral system.

Jeanne has lived in the Lake Tahoe and Reno areas for many years and is very familiar with the Carson City, Carson Valley, Washoe County, Lake Tahoe (NV), multi-unit and investment property opportunities.  Whether you are buying developments or selling your investment properties, she is very knowledgeable and familiar with the Northern Nevada areas.
