Lewis Mora’s career in the real estate industry spans over fifteen years specializes in representing clients in the sale and lease of retail stores and shopping centers in the greater San Fernando Valley area. Lewis was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. He began in real estate as a mortgage loan consultant and then transitioned into commercial real estate sales and development. His extensive background includes working for Bank of America mortgage, in Woodland Hills, California, where he was an instrumental part of the mortgage division’s growth and success. He became the top sales consultant in the region. Lewis is customer service driven. He received much of his customer service training while successfully monitoring the call volume from six different banking centers in the San Fernando Valley area. Lewis provides valuation expertise, market and financial analysis, and guidance to his clients that are looking to lease retail space or purchase investment property to diversify their portfolios in the commercial sector.
