Bio

Ryan is a Los Angeles commercial real estate specialist in lease and investment transactions for retail, shopping centers, multi-family and mixed use properties.  Ryan Misaresh joins us with a diverse background and extensive commercial real estate experience. As an alumni of the University of Southern California’s Viterbi School of Engineering with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Ryan’s experience has been broad:  Inclusive of prior experience in infrastructure consulting and large scale facilities planning, as a commercial appraiser, Ryan has had the experience of valuating a wide range of properties across the US for lenders, law firms and investors alike. These property types included industrial, office, retail, multi-family, land, and going concern properties such as car washes, service stations and hospitality.  Ryan’s financial analysis experience and use of discounted cash flow modeling, along with his research capability has given him a keen eye for commercial real estate investment properties for his clients. Additionally, Ryan maintains the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED® AP accreditation, the standard in education for implementing green building techniques.  Ryan is a native of Los Angeles and knows the marketplace very well.
