I know there are a lot of real estate schools out there but I am looking for one that will teach me the most information they can on commercial real estate in specific. It has to be a school I can do online or through correspondence. Thanks!

I have taken a course for commercial real estate that was very comprehensive.
More than anything, He stressed the importance of having a goal in mind. If you have no goal in mind then it will be hard to know where you are going to. I have to admit, some parts of the course material seemed as if I was at a motivational seminar. That being said, the majority of the information revealed was consumable and easily executable.
This course is taught as a college graduate level paced course. You are given instructions and weekly assignments that you must complete before you can do each weeks assignment. Each week builds upon itself so you can skip ahead but, eventually you will have to actually do the previous assignments. It’s basically a blue print to build successful Commercial Real Estate businesses.
Although most people only focus on closing deals, He revealed more than six profit points to look at before the closing actually happens.
Pros:
The content was ordered in a logical fashion. Most of the Information made sense from a business stand point. From listening to Him speak, I can tell that he has a lot of experience in this business.
Cons:
You might become impatient waiting for week two’s content. I just skipped ahead to week 2 in the written training and started digging in. In addition, with so much content
I found it difficult to concentrate on doing only one thing at a time. However, the course content is laid out in a step by step manner.
u can find it , u should search at google with advance option , after few search u can find out.
