I suggest you speak with some commercial brokers in your area. It is a very tough area to crack into and very competitive. I suggest taking some commercial classes with CCIM. Just because your brokerage has decided to get into the commercial arena does not guarantee their success.
These deals tend to be long term with alot of ebb and tides, if you don’t have a good handle on some funding sources…it will be hard.
