FacebookI’ve been a commercial real estate agent for about 4 yrs now, and I still don’t have a steady flow of clientèle. Anyone that’s done brokerage knows that its tough, any specific suggestions would be helpful i.e. cold calling, listings,etc. Not really looking for a pep talk I can stay motivated.

Seriously, business is handled socially, not by cold calling. You need to get into the right circles if you want to get in.
