why should taxpayers in oregon for example guarantee a loan for this businessman in florida b/c he wants to buy the building? clearly, as he knows full well, there’s a reason banks didn’t want to provide him financing. I wish his business all the success in the world but not through the government. congress is implementing similar guarantees for multi-family projects. can u say housing bubble 2.0.
